After reading these reviews I was worried my order wouldnt show up, and it did take a while (to be fair it was over the xmas and NY period) but my order arrived in excellent condition and no extra customs charges were applied (I'm in the UK). Great products, shipping process could be improvedįirst ever order with Sigma, I ordered the palette vault (4x eyeshadow palettes) which wasnt available at the UK stockists at a really good price over black friday and selected untracked shipping. After a lengthy wait, my package finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was missing two out of the seven items I had ordered. I encountered significant difficulties trying to sign in with my email, receiving an error message claiming my email did not exist in their system.
